Research laboratory on convergence materials and components

- The main task of the laboratory according to the materials and components of convergence are the development of the primary technologies of the components with the capability to growth for creation new industries and markets, convergent components for the realization the strategy of the blue ocean, and also the development the materials and the components for the creation the future industrial infrastructure. Consisting of the next subdivisions:

- Department of the administrative project control

-Research department on the future technologies of components and convergence materials – the basic fields of activity of department are creation of the basic plan of workings out of technologies of the future components: definition of problems for conformity to requirements of consumers, an establishment of concepts and definition of strategy of actions for performance of problems; strategic planning of three basic technological spheres: components of convergent systems, new devices and materials, and the electric power received by a non-polluting method; integration of system components and advancement of commercial application; research of following technologies: a light-emitting diode, power semi-conductor devices, military-oriented components.

- Research department on components of convergence of nanotechnologies – the basic fields of activity of department are researches and workings out in the field of nano-touch methods, complex touch technologies on the basis of microelectromechanical systems, and also management of energy/food, technologies of touch driving and processing of a signal of the interface, and also technologies of silicon photonics.

- The basic plans for the future activity are researches on pervasive terminal technologies not only for working out of such communication facilities, as phone, the pocket personal computer, the wireless local computer network, audio/video codecs, a satellite/land digital multimedia announcement, the digital chamber, diagnostics of health, a game cursor 3D, but also for working out of gages of ecological control and the built in intellectual chips. Also working out of platforms-terminals is planned and is information-nanotechnology for pervasive compatible terminal system for the purpose of realization of mutually exchanging system men+men, men+object, object+object.

-The research department on new devices and materials – develops technologies for a conclusion to the market, new and advanced technologies for sphere IT and branch of convergence IT under the motto «creation of components of convergence IT and new technologies».

- The basic plans for the future activity are researches and workings out in the field of transparent electronics (highly-stable transparent thin-film transistors and transparent integrated schemes), transparent electrochromic  windows (electrochromic  windows equipped with the transparent input equipment), workings out of a flexible platform of input/conclusion on the basis of flexible devices, such as an electronic paper, flexible integrated schemes, memories and sensor controls, printing RFID-technologies, and also in the field of transparent organic light-emitting diodes and color reconstructed organic light-emitting diodes.

-The research department on components of photon and wireless convergence – conducts researches and workings out on advanced photon technologies which bring new innovations and new possibilities for sphere terabit optical communications based on photonics.

The basic plans for the future activity are researches and developments  in the field of economic power saving up send-receive modules on the basis of high-frequency transistors with high mobility of electrons and heterotransitive bipolar transistors, developing  analog photon modular technologies and low-cost semi-conductor (monolithic) integrated schemes of a millimetric range on the basis of technology low-temperature the burned ceramics, working out of optical touch technology for all-pervading touch network, development of technology of components of IT Convergence for biophotonics, radio-frequency photonics, and also for technology of the laser display, working out of optical/radio-frequency components of industrial application for broadband convergent networks.

- The Research Department of microchip systems – conducts investigations and elaborations of the main technologies for the convergent service: multiform multimedum codec based on multi-core processor, technology of a mobile multimedia platforms, for texts, graphic, voice and video information, system of a natel communications for the new way of life, digital radio-frequency technology on a basis of complimentary elements metal-oksid-semiconductor (CMOS) and the lowered capacity, technology of a super wide pass-band.  

-The basic plans for the future activity are researches and developments of mobile terminal technology for the following generation for convergence of technologies in the field of electronic public health services, system of natal communications, architecture of the communication, the built in processor, and also developments of a microcircuit design platform and advancement of microcircuit technologies on the market.

- The research department advanced solar-technology – conducts researches and future considerations on various photovoltaic to technologies, such as thin-film photovoltaic devices and modules with highly effective difficult semiconductors, high-efficiency sensitize solar batteries, semi-conductor connections of group III-V, solar batteries of following generation, the basic technologies photovoltaic devices of the third generation and hydrogen energy.

The basic plans for the future activity are researches and future considerations on concentrated photo-electric batteries, difficult semi-conductor thin-film solar batteries, organic and inorganic hybrid solar photo cells, research nanomaterials and nanostructural  connections for effective storage of hydrogen energy, and also working out of devices for hydrogen reception.
