The work of operators on receiving applications to the virtual reception area of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan is being perfected.

On May 2, the Ministry of Finance together with responsibles of the Office of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for handling citizens' appeals held a seminar for employees of the unified service "Call center" of the branch "TShTT" of JSC "Uzbektelecom" on receiving applications to the virtual reception of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan
During the seminar, in which all the operators took part, issues related to improving the quality of registration of appeals by employees of the unified  service "Call center" arriving by  telephone were considered. Recommendations were given and pointed out the most common errors and shortcomings in this paper.
At a seminar it was emphasized that the main task of the employees of the unified service "Call center" - creation of comfortable conditions for the applicants. A total of 724,000 applications were received to the virtual reception area of the President, more than 50% of them through a call to the "Call center".
It was noted that the systematic implementation of the adopted Strategy of Action on the five priority directions of the development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the introduction of a qualitatively new system of work with the appeals of individuals and legal entities, and also creation and organization of activities in all the territories of the Republic of National receptions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Virtual Reception head of state ensured the consecutive and effective embodiment in life of the noble idea "Human interests - above all".
Appeals directly to the subject who provides this or that service is a way of more rapid response of state bodies of services to citizens' questions or problems, as incoming appeals to higher authorities may take some time to bring to the appropriate state agency. Of course, if the issues or problems are not resolved by state bodies, the applicant always has the opportunity to apply to the virtual reception of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which is the highest electronic system aimed at solving vital issues and population problems.
